DOMESTIC SHIPPING
At Faire by Du or Don’t, we take care in preparing every order. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during product launches, holidays, or peak seasons.
We currently ship within the United States and offer international shipping to select locations. International shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We also offer express shipping for select domestic orders at checkout. Express shipping timeframes typically range from [1–3 business days] after your order has been processed.

Please make sure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Faire is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to reroute or cancel it.
EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

CHANGE OF MIND
Because many of our pieces are produced in small batches, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we may offer exchanges or store credit for full-price items if requested within 14 days and the item meets return requirements.
FAULTY ITEMS
We stand behind the quality of our garments. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
If confirmed faulty, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
